Whatever it is you need, we have you covered, in the comfort of your own home, typically delivered from the comfort of ours. These recordings are Standard Definition, and you won't find any bells and whistles, but you will get the same thoughtful classes and instruction you come to expect in studio.

Hi yogis! This is a mellow flowing class concentrating on sending a little love to the legs. We stretch through the low back and hips, as well as the hamstrings and hip flexors. A lovely practice to stretch out the lower body before bed. No props needed, I hope you enjoy!
