Good evening yogis! This chill evening flow focuses on lubricating our spine with gentle, organic movement, and releasing tension along the back and shoulders. I hope you take this practice as an opportunity to be generous with yourself this evening, and give yourself permission to flow through just as you are. Props requested: 2 blocks and a bolster, though if you do not have blocks at home, I offer variations with just the bolster as well.
