Good evening yogis, here’s a heart soothing restorative practice. In addition to helping you sleep easier, please enjoy this class to stretch the chest, shoulders, and hips. Props for this practice: a bolster, two blocks, and a blanket. If you do not have blocks at home, you can use a second bolster, pillow, or cushion. I offer options for the different props.
