Here’s a mid-day flow to leave you strengthened and energized! We start with a low to the ground warm up flow, and continue to grow in strength and height ;) Focus on heart openers, shoulder stretching, and expansive standing postures. Expect planks and anahatasana, working up to dolphin pose. Cool down with deep breaths in a hip opening stretch, and continue on your day with energy and more space to breathe. No props needed, unless you like having a block for high-lunge twists or a bolster to make your savasana extra luxe. Enjoy!!
