Good afternoon yogis and friends! Today’s class is focused on creating space: by moving slowly, by staying in the moment, by inviting in opportunities to try and play. Expect twists, gentle spinal movement, leg stretches and lots of forward fold variations that lead up to halasana. Alternate options included for those of us not practicing halasana today. No props needed, though feel free to have a bolster nearby for a luxurious savasana!
