tings yogis! Today’s mid-day yoga break helps us reconnect to our inner strength through multiple flows. We start slow to stretch and create space, especially in the side body and legs. Then as we progress into a flow, we reconnect with ourselves in these same spaces of the body to uncover our strength. This practice is also helpful to inspire us to be consistent with our health and self-nourishment. Props needed: a block or bolster to be supported in virasana (hero) pose. I also offer a variation on a chair for those of us who experience discomfort in a deep knee bend, so this strong is nimble practice is accessible for many of us!
