Here’s a slow, deep flow to set some new intentions to! We start with gentle stretching to drop into the body right away, then build into a warming, steadying flow. Lots of active forward folds to ground during your practice, and we end with a few sweet rounds of bridge (a grounded heart opener) and supta gomuhkasana to stretch the hips. A great practice to settle the chattering mind and connect to the peaceful wisdom within us all!
