Good evening friends! Tonight’s restorative class is a straight forward practice to bring ease and restfulness to the body so we can all sleep better. Expect some pranayama, gentle upper back relief, hip and leg stretches. Props: bolster, blanket, and 2 blocks. I do offer variations w/o blocks if you don’t have any at home.
