Stay cool and collected in this grounding restorative practice. Slow breath work and a guided chakra meditation are woven in with gentle supported postures for a grounding practice to help us feel rested, connected, and centered for whatever comes. Props needed include a bolster. A block and a blanket are optional but not necessary. Enjoy!
