This is the second portion of our self-massage & restorative stretch series, moving up the body to the knees and frontal hips. You will need a set of two small/standard Yoga Tune Up balls and 1 Alpha Tune Up Ball. If you do not have these specific tools, I recommend a soft massage ball (not a lacrosse ball) instead.
