Join me for a relaxing and slow practice with a focus on being here and now. This restorative practice will help us stretch and release tension in the chest (ideal after a long week at a desk) and stretching in the legs and back. Props include a blanket, a bolster and blocks. However, blocks are optional and I offer variations for all postures with and without blocks. Enjoy and leave ready for a relaxing night of rest!
