This afternoon class is focused on creating space in out hip flexors (releasing tension and building strength in the area of the hip most affected by being seated for long periods of time). We also practice a stretchy flow for the shoulders and neck. Closing with pigeon and deeper chest + shoulder stretch to leave our hearts open, our bodies stronger, and our minds connected to the deep resilience within us all.
