Greetings yogis! I hope this one becomes a new favorite for you! This practice focuses on the lower body, stretching the hips, hamstrings, and legs. We start with a slow & stretchy flow on the ground. As we transition to a brief flow, we focus on using the strength in our legs to open up space in the body. Bonus stretches for the chest and shoulders included! Props recommended: 2 blocks. I offer options for having blocks, but note they are helpful but not necessary. Come as you are, and enjoy!
