Start your morning slow with me and ease into a vinyasa flow. We begin with gentle stretches on our backs, and slowly build into a leg & hip stretching flow. Expect wrist warm ups and a balance of hip flexor & hamstring stretches with foundation strengthening standing postures. Feel free to grab a bolster or two blocks to support the legs during savasana!
